Main objectives
Technical and financial coordination and management of the Blue-Med project assuring the development of the project tasks, in the framework of each partner role and responsibility, the achievement of the expected results, the management and mitigation of possible arising risks
Maximisation of impact, dissemination, and exploitation of the Blue-Med outcomes through an effective communication strategy suited for beneficiaries and stakeholder .
